Our Dedicated Sterilization Room has been totally revamped with our newfound abundance of space. We have dedicated a much larger room to the cleaning of our tools and supplies. We still primarily use one-use-only supplies (meaning our needles, tubes, etc. are only used once then disposed of) although some artists choose to use a combination of steel and disposable tubes. This process is more expensive but worth it for every inch of your new tattoo. This room is now complete with two digital autoclaves, an ultrasonic cleaner, a sink and an air purifier. The room is also closely monitored with monthly spore testing which is proudly displayed on the outside of the door for our guests to inspect.
The transition from the old shop couldn't have come at a better time. We were all feeling the pressure of outgrowing our old studio. As soon as we found the new location, we all had our hands in the demolition and construction after hours to make this work, and work it did! Almost instantly we noticed growth as a shop, as individual artists, and as friends. Looking back at the old shop, its hard to imagine tattooing in the summer without AC!
Inside we sell paintings from local artists, a full line of jewelry for just about every piercing you can imagine, hand blown glass plugs for stretched ears, wooden stash boxes with tattoo art painted on it, t-shirts, hats, artist made tattoo machines and much more.
We have events at the shop as well as at other venues. BAR-INKs are parties at a bar near you where we tattoo live all night, with a live band, vendors and tattoo contests. But the events held at our shop truely bring the space alive with bands on the stage in the lounge, free food, art shows/auctions, and much more!
